With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Chueng Jern Jung (Jasper) observed the persistent HR and accounting challenges that business owners face—ranging from cumbersome manual processes and employee retention difficulties to unprofessional practices and escalating hiring costs. Driven by the need for more effective solutions, Jasper established Odd on May 1st, 2024, starting from a bedroom.
